FEATURES :-

FEATURES : ( PVC Compounding High Speed Mixer Model HSM-25 & HSM-50 )

•	Useful for blending PVC resin and additives into dry blended compounds with combined mixing and heating of compound.
•	Double vessel construction with S.S inner vessel and M.S outer jacket. Provision is made for circulating cooling medium like water or oil.
•	Material feeding hopper is provided.
•	Sight glass window is provided in the domed lid.
•	Mixing cycle is controlled by timer and temperature controller arrangement with temperature sensor. Alongwith cooling action from the cooling jacket, this results in a fine blend without overheating.
•	Mixing blade is easily removable for cleaning vessel and blade.
•	Heavy duty bearing housing is fitted below the vessel and isolated by seals. Bearing housing has provision for oil cooling.
•	Complete vessel and drive unit are mounted on sturdy fabricated body for low noise and low vibration during working.
•	Extra ‘after-cooler-vessel’ can be provided at extra cost.

•	Useful for dry mixing of colours or blending masterbatch formulation in various plastic granules or regrind plastic material.
•	Alongwith mixing action, it also results in heating the plastic granules/regrind material, which helps in degassing the material from volatiles and moisture. This gives better results during final processing of the material and also increases production and efficiency.
•	Mixing vessel is made of mild steel and provided with domed lid and hopper for feeding material. Sight glass window is provided in the domed lid.
•	Mixing blade is easily removable for cleaning vessel and blade.
•	Heavy duty bearing housing is fitted below the vessel and isolated by seals.
•	Complete vessel and drive unit are mounted on sturdy fabricated body for low noise and low vibration during working.

•	Useful for dry mixing of colours in various plastic granules or regrind plastic material by tumbling action of the mixing vessel.
•	Mixing vessel is of S.S construction and is easily removable for cleaning and washing.
•	Very simple mechanism and construction for easy maintenance and upkeep.
•	Mixing cycle is controlled by timer panel and can be set for clockwise / anticlockwise tumbling or mixed clockwise+anticlockwise tumbling.
